Starting June 1st, I’m embarking on a 30-day creative journey called #30DaysofheART—and you’re invited to join me.
This is a gentle call back to your inner artist. A way to reconnect with your creative voice, even if it’s been quiet for a while. For 30 days, I’ll be creating from the heart—one piece of art each day, no rules, no pressure. Just honest, heart-led expression.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence.
Whether you’re a seasoned artist or someone who hasn’t picked up a paintbrush in years, this is a space where your creativity is welcome exactly as it is.
What is #30DaysofheART?
#30DaysofheART is a daily creative practice throughout the month of June, where we explore:
Reclaiming your voice through art
Creating from the heart, not for an outcome
Letting go of creative blocks and self-doubt
Making space for play, intuition, and self-expression
Sharing your journey (if it feels good) using the hashtag #30DaysofheART
I’ll be sharing my own creations and reflections every day on Instagram and YouTube, and I’ll be hosting a free live online event on June 25th to gather, share, and celebrate.
How to Join:
It’s simple—there’s no sign-up required, no rules to follow. You can join in anytime, in any way that feels good to you. Here’s how:
Create something from the heart each day in June.
This could be a painting, a doodle, a collage, a poem, a dance, a song… anything that feels like honest expression.Share it (if you want to).
Post your creation on Instagram or your favorite platform using the hashtag #30DaysofheART so we can find and encourage each other.Follow along.
