We begin with a grounding meditation, intuitive art-making, and the start of a special artpiece you’ll return to all month long. This isn't a one-and-done project—it's a living artwork that evolves with you. Our monthly theme offers a gentle spark to explore, build upon, and reflect back to yourself through the unfolding process.

Mid-Month Audio + Reflection Ritual
A soft place to land when you need to return to your heart. This lovingly guided audio and set of journal prompts offer a moment to check in, recenter your creative energy, and gently reconnect with what matters—especially if life has pulled you off track from your art project.

Closing Circle (Live on Zoom – End of Month)

I created The Heart-Led Sanctuary for those of us who need art to feel like coming home, not another thing on our to-do list. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your voice, and I also know the power of being witnessed in your creativity, especially when it's raw, real, or tender.

This space is a sacred return. A soft commitment to your art, your heart, and your self-expression.
